They over charged me and latter refunded the same by credit advice. Waiting for refund on my card Discourteous staff. Rude behaviour. Don’t treat Indians at par with other customers. Poor response.

Though we had a nice time, the rooms were comfortable but we were surprisingly charged 8 pounds for a dental kit, on my credit card in the name of Rajive Maini for absolutely no fault of ours, sans a display to the effect! Request for the hotel to refund the said amount please forthwith into our credit card!
