Great hotel but need attention on cleanliness

The stay was great with excellent location and service. Needs attention towards cleanliness as one of the rooms had a dead spider stuck to ceiling and ironing board was covered with cobwebs. The main light in one of the rooms was giving problems. The rooms can be great with a fridge or mini fridge and a microwave provided. Overall the stay was perfect with the housekeeping lady being the best for attending to all our needs. The reception staff was very accommodating by letting us have interconnecting rooms. The restaurant staff led by Mr Rajan was great help in attending to our requests. Extra attention to cleaning can place this Exeter Court Hotel miles ahead of some more premium Exeter Court Hotels.
