when we went to the hotel 1 day before the check-in date to confirm reservation, they said there is no reservation with my name (my booking was already confirmed by MMT and payment was done from my side). We had to call customer care, explain the situation and wait till 1 hour when finally hotel said that I would be able to check-in. In a different country, coming to know that reservation was missing just 1 day before was not good and we were tensed for once. Average stay. Not bad at all. Breakfast can be improved. Rest the team is very good. Had a good time

Room size was decent, no too much options for vegetarians in breakfast but that was also okay, very near to temple meads

The hotel is located just opposite the temple Meads station and offers nice rooms with basic amenities and a good breakfast is included in the price. Sometimes the rates vary quite a lot so best to check well in advance or wait for last minute deals. Very clean bathroom and clean and compact rooms. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of different options.
