Superb experience. Was upgraded to suite room. Rich at reception was extremely courteous and helpful. All the staff were great. Room neat and clean. Breakfast typically english but with fair variety. Well equipped fitness centre. All in all. A great stay

Good overall experience, as is customary with Holiday Inns! The location is excellent, as it is right in the city centre. The room size is decent, unlike hotels in London where the space is at a premium. The view of the room was good. I found the food to be average, maybe because I am a vegetarian. I believe one cannot go quite wrong in a Holiday Inn. They may not be luxurious, but are good for business travellers.
