Location of the property is good. Reception staff not up to the mark, notnpolite or welcoming. Parking was paid parking, should have been complimentary. No water bottles in room. Overall Okay experience. Nothing great to write about. Might not visit again.

It was overall good experience to stay with nice city view. Hotel is in City centre. Easy to locate and easy to ho anywhere from the Hotel. City view was very awesome from 9th Floor. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel is ideally situated very near to railway station and sh oping mall and plenty of indian restaurants and casino too. Hotel is very good nice reception staff and rooms are good and spacious. This Radisson Blu Hotel, Birmingham is worth to stay.
