Review Of SWISSOTEL LIVING AL GHURAIR

Overall stayed in an 1 bedroom apartment in Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair from 6 days. Nothing to complain about. Security- Awesome, can use card to enter or an approved mobile app. Breakfast spread - very good, starting from India to English to Lebanese. 1 bedroom Apartment has a very large drawing room, island kitchen with pots and pans, spoons, coffee machine, large double door fridge, microwave, dish washer, electric 4 plate stove, cups, plates, all bells and whistles provided. One bedroom with king bed, walking closet and a very large with tub bathroom. One medium common bathroom. One very large balcony. And yes smoking is allowed in balcony. Centralised AC. Cleaning is done everyday. They wont wash utensils but they will make the bed and clean the dustbins and vaccum the room. They will ask if you need them to clean the room. Amenities wise you will have swimming pool, spa. Spa if taken from front desk, is charged less. Area wise ground floor is connected to Al Ghurair mall so you can just walk in to carrefour and purchase any items you need. Also have dinner in food court. Deira Area is a bustling place so you will have local shops for purchasing and any cabs like uber required comes in 3 mins max. Sort of centrally located for many touristy places. Expect to spend in uber average 50 AED for any trip. Located 10 mins just from airport too. You can keep safely in concierge your luggage and roam around city. Please do expect check in to happen at 4.00 PM for apartments and those are in high demand and are always full. I reached at 11.00 AM, but couldnt get one to be ready till 4.00 PM. Then i realised its because the apartment is huge like own house and its really takes 3-4 hours to clean. People are really really courteous and helpful. All in all awesome place to stay and i will definitely prefer staying again considering the hospitality, place, location and options i got staying in Swissotel this time.

We had a tremendous and fascinating experience. Well deserved holiday for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed.

Location apartment was good. Although there was some issue with everyday cleaning and mosquitos. Even after multiple times telling them they did not resolve it and living rooms sofa was not that clean nor did they clean it after I told them. Neccesary kitchen equipment was missing and room serivce response was moderate

Wonderful experience with Swissotel living! Absolutely clean rooms with friendly staff. Al Ghurair center is connected yo this hotel which is an added advantage.

The buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious and hygienic dishes that catered to diverse tastes. The hotel’s location is another strong point, providing easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. The only slight downside was the view from the apartment, which was just average. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, facilities, and dining!

I came on a business short trip for just 3 days. This hotel was just a perfect destination for me to move in the areas around Dubai.

The hotel location and amenities are worth the money. Located around the Diera center, surrounded by Al ghurair center, a great shopping complex and food outlets, easily accessible to metro line - hardly 5 minutes walk. View from the balcony was amazing and early morning pool was fun. If you want to make your stay pleasant, please try the hotel apartment. The staff was very friendly.
