Well cleaned room and bathroom, nice ambience and friendly staff. The location is near to Mall of Emirates and Lulu hypermarket and also many small groceries and cafeteria is also available in this place if you are looking for something budget friendly

I recently stayed at Rose Plaza Hotel Albarsha Dubai and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience due to the receptionist's behaviour. While checking in, I was asked for my boyfriend's passport, which is standard, but the way the receptionist handled it was completely unprofessional. They were rude and abrupt, making the entire process uncomfortable and awkward. It's disappointing that such a great hotel can be let down by poor customer service. I hope management addresses this issue, as it really affected our stay.

Neat, clean and affordable. Courteous staff, variety of dine in options at decent prices, well maintained in-room items - hair dryer, kettle with all options of coffee & tea options.

Don’t have glasses , don’t give slippers, cockroaches in room very bad food is also very bad poor quality, have to call , don’t give vanity kit , only one cup and one glass they give which is also not in pair and matching cockroaches in room
