It was nice to stay in this hotel, very tidy, all the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.

I been stay there for a night, when i enter the room the smell is not relaxing and when i sat down on the bed i smelled the pillows, blanket and bed covers unhygienic. It smells like did not changed after used. I called the reception to change it but they changed only the pillows cover and the smells are the same. Even the couch pillows are smells bad. Hope they will do a proper hygiene for these. Thank you.

Room was not clean properly there was a trash and empty bottles down of sofa. Upon check they charge extra for linen stain by food also it’s not parmenent stain it’s a normal stain can go by first wash. Bad movements i checked in as a couple with both i’d when i went out for walking while come back there is a beep boy come to us asking for id of my lady is she give id or not. Are they thinking i pick a lady from street it’s not good if u not sure are they our guest or not don’t ask like this stupid question. This is no my first stay i stay to many time in your hotel my to many friends also staying but i will advise then not to book this hotel again. I also work in hotel i know also rule and when u can charge of any damage

Excellent stay at fortune park dip-1. It's best hotel in dip area. Rooms are big, spacious, clean with all amenities. Location is best. Staff helpful. Breakfast with plenty of options & it's good.

The room provided was really nice, big and clean. The room service was also very good. Food was good. Just that there is no proper children play area or pool. Overall it was a comfortable experience.
