The location food(Indian Veg) staff (Shilpa, Anita, Kritima to name a few), everything was excellent in this property. We had a very comfortable stay.

Experience was good as some of the minor issues like water supply in bathroom was not good. There are everything good with experience and location was also very god near to airport and all other tourist places.

Pathetic experience with this hotel. The washroom door was broken and wouldn’t close properly. Even after complaining, they didn’t fix it. Instead, they just kept calling repeatedly on the landline without resolving the issue. Zero customer service. Very disappointing.
