Good hotel and staff goes out of the way to make sure guest is happy. The location is right at the centre of the city and a great spot.

Google maps shows back door entry which is down the hill. We arrived at back door with all luggage but no one opened the door. We had to drag all luggage uphill to front door. There is no name of style star hotel cihangir at front door gate. No water bottle provided.
