Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Old City

Excellent property , convenient ly located , on major tram line , excellent food , great staff and very good services

Location is amazing and walking distance from metro. Old city charm outside and very scenic. Rooms are little full but comfortable. Excellent breakfast with vegetarian options.

Crowne plaza Istanbul old city is a beautiful property located at a good place with good transportation facilities ans easily accessible to all major attractions in Fatih.There are also lots of food and shopping options nearby since being located at city downtown. The property is maintained very well and rooms are clean. It's also very close to Aksaray Havaist (Airport Shuttle bus)

A very good property in an ideal location. But the rooms are not very big and the housekeeping service provided by team was great and also a warm welcome always by qasim. It’s a short walk to the tram station which would drop you off to most of the tourist attractions and has quite a few money exchange and local food joints around to eat during the day. Overall a good stay and would recommend it.

The hotel is located at a very lively location with a very easy access to the tram station (only a few steps, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was being cleaned every day without a request. Anything we requested was delivered within less than 5 minutes. Service is exceptional. Only the breakfast was a little disappointing, most of the food items were not fresh and there were less varieties. But overall experience was great and it’s worth repeating.

Came on business trip, breakfast spread is huge and good. Suitable for all palettes. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and efficient.

The hotel was clean and very close to some of the main attractions but was a disappointment. First in terms of the hotel layout it has 3-4 different entrances to its highest floors (4th) and semis a different property altogether. I asked for an umbrella on returnable basis for a short time but they said that they do not provide. Inspite of my requesting 2 times milk powder was not placed for 2 whole days. Breakfast was very average with no focus on veg. Inf-act the menu is so limited for vegitarians that nothing practically is there. This place is good if you want to be in this part of the city, get a budget price and don't expect too much from the property.

Centrally located, nr to most of tourist attraction, very nice hotel, they gave us early check in, lounge facility was a treat, breakfast was well

House keeping was not at all upto the mark. Maintenance not well kept. Location was fine.

The locality goes quiet by 7 pm and the room with bathroom is super small. It’s what you get for the price

The hotel is at a good location and proximate to Sultanahmat area, however the rooms and decor of the hotel are also very old school. Look for other hotels in case you are looking for something more modern.

Not recommended for the value you pay even the breakfast area was crowded and badly managed - so do front office. Check-in time was 2 pm, upon check-in at 3:30 also we were told room not ready and made to wait, then a suffocating small room was allocated.
