Location is good management is not good space of room is good

We had an amazing stay in the hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful we will definitely go back again

Very very good hotel and staff is very much cooperative i find propert from make my trip only and food is olso very good.

Bad experience with staff at reception hardly understand and comprehend the problem with guest never select when coming with children room are very small

Room was not ready until 5pm. Booked a double room, but got a twin room. Room was very small, not as defined on the app. Water bottles were not replenished, neither did they give water upon asking. Hospitality was not good, staff wasn’t supportive. Language was a barrier!

The property is good for 4 star standard, the rooms are very small and all basic. It can only accommodate 2 adults maximum. The hospitality standards are below par. The best things are the hotel’s location and breakfast.

Property is located at heart of taksim. Well connected to metro and city. You have everything around. Property has great swimming pool, sauna and steam. Jacuzzi in room. Over all it was great stay

• The food is not considered 5 stars. We found hair on 2 different occasions (during breakfast). Most of the pastries are not fresh. •Cleaning service should be a lot better! There was dust everywhere, empty soap was not replaced, dirty bathrobes were not replaced until we asked for a new one, and bathroom was not cleaned well. •We always had problems with the TV. And the wifi lagged many times.

Excellent location. Good spread for breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms were really big in size. Overall had a a very comfortable stay.

We stayed in the hotel for five nights. We enjoyed our stay. The location very close to taxi m street. Breakfast was very good. Staff extremely helpful. The concierge guided us to all the attractions in istanbul. We will definitely be back.

Room was clean n nice, employees were nice, morning breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is excellent.

I booked/2024 to 5/72024 it wrongly as3/7/2024 to 4/7/2024. Made request to make it 4/7/2024 but no help either from hotel or make my trip. I paid whole amount without staying.

The location of the hotel is superb as its walking distance from the taksim street and all the buzz.

Hotel staff facilities and locations all are good very near to taxi m square and metro station is just 5 min walking

Excellent property to live in.. Awesome location just 2 min walk from taksim square.. Very good staff. Excellent food quality.. Huge size swimming pool with a good sauna and steam Bath.. Hamam Bath is also very good in this hotel.
