I was looking for a budget Belizia Hotel when I booked Belizia . I paid per night (May 2024). My first impression as I entered the Belizia Hotel was that OMG there is no lift. This Belizia Hotel is in a two storey wooden building but is well maintained. The caretaker went out of the way to make my stay comfortable. The location of the Belizia Hotel is close to happening place -Moda - just 5min walk. I am in 2 minds - whether to give 4 star or 5 star rating. It deserves a five star rating because very cooperative owner, nice and clean rooms at just 5k a day. But I will settle with 4 star rating because no lift and no restaurant.
