The property is really beautiful, rooms are very spacious, jacuzzi in the room is a real steal deal. The only problem is breakfast, there are very less options in the breakfast.

Worst customer service everything they were asking for extra charges i wont book from make my trip from next time. I will never book from make my trip beacuse i tried to called make my trip 100 times from the other country. But still no replt

Hi i have raised a ticket for a refund since we have cancel-led our trip due to a medical emergency and the hotel has been very uncooperative and has refused for a refund in this terrible time my family and i are facing

the hotel is very aesthetic with a beautiful surrounding and wonderful people as staff. they serve great food (especial shout out for their vegetarian food menu-not easy to find). the staff is very friendly, supportive and they make everything just a phone call away. i loved my stay in elika caves and would totally recommend it.

Everything was good and beautiful, only small being of unlimited number of cats and believe me its not exaggerated, i was unable to have dinner once on open terrace due 5 cats constantly sitting around you asking for food and moving between your tables and legs

So we went as friends as like girls trip this property elika give sweets is beautiful they give us very good breakfast very amazing view the rooms were beautiful the service was amazing i recommend everybody to stay in whenever they are in cappadocia and whenever i revisit cappadocia i will stay in elika resort only.

Bad food no spooking english in restaurant and not wifi service in room. Wi-fi service showing hotel book time. Many more time requests solved wi-fi service in room. But management not responding

We stayed for 1 night here. Location is quite away from the main center. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel property is very beautiful. Overall good stay. Staff was helpful. Our airport transfer was taken care of.

The wow factor definitely exists especially the cave stay uniquely designed is the suite, it was definitely nicely crafted Cave into the suite.
