Good property, close to the market and warm swimming pool was the best. The online staff is extremely helpful and when we called for reservation changes before checkin, they helped in all ways. But the staff in the hotel is very rude. No room service, very rude receptionist. We specially booked a room for early check-in. But at 6am in the morning when we came with family, the receptionist completely refused to help, until we argued and showed him the confirmation on msgs. No help with luggage and no empathy or help by the receptionist for a family which has come early morning from a long travel. When I asked him his name, he gave it proudly to complain. We booked superior 3 bed rooms thinking that they will have great views of the sky early morning, but supposedly the smaller category rooms have better view and higher category rooms had no view. Plus they don't understand english and they dont care to help. We left early on last day and requested for some breakfast but they just gave us some sandwiches.

The hotel is near to the main city market where you can explore options for dinner as well as shopping. The main town bus stand, shopping center and restaurants are 5 mins walk from the hotel location. Also it's a great place to ease yourself and feel cozy when the climate out is too cold. Overall we had a great experience staying there for 3 days. The hotel staff is also very helpful to arrange you with tours and balloon rides. Do not miss the breakfast here😋

The Holiday Cave Hotel is near to the main city market where you can explore options for dinner as well as shopping. The main town bus stand, shopping center and restaurants are 5 mins walk from the Holiday Cave Hotel location. Also it's a great place to ease yourself and feel cozy when the climate out is too cold. Overall we had a great experience staying there for 3 days. The Holiday Cave Hotel staff is also very helpful to arrange you with tours and balloon rides. Do not miss the breakfast here😋
