Amici Miei Hotel

we have not stayed in that hotel because that already closed long time before I am unable to understand why MAKE MY TRIP taking booking of this hotel. I have already paid 1888 and get harassed. I will put this matter to count.

I couldn't stay at the property..as when we reached there...the property was closed. So I want my refund for booking that property.

They even didn’t gave me room and tell that make my trip booked the property when we sold out now am stuck for my money

At the time of booking gave me check i n time was 1 pm but at hotel they said our check in time with a 3 pm and if came before you need to pay 200 bath extra. And i paid the same. Which is very bad. Also staff behaviour is not upto the mark. Not co-operative. Room was too small. Nit having tv in running condition and nit having hot water also.

We were given room then they said we are in the wrong hotel. When we checked in the same hotel following the address given in make my trip, they wanted to charge us extra 1500 thai baht. They even had our confirmation in their mail but they denied our confirmation. It was a huge scam be careful while booking this hotel.

No lift and accomodation on fifth floor for four days was terrible.

I was not allowed to check in saying that room is fully occupied. And i have raised ticket to cancel the booking

Do not try to book this hotel rooms on 5th floor and no ac in rooms. Rooms and extremely small and air condition not working at all.

Room size was small ac was not working properly there was no elevator in the hotel.

Really disappointed by this hotel. Firstly no elevator, had to take my suitcase 4 floors up the building. Got a broken mattress, windows or ventilation in the room. Locker in room doesn’t work and its an old hotel. Only good thing is location. Located on a very busy and famous street

everything is terrible

The room was very clean. The staff was very good. They provide a very good service like they provide bikes on rent without any deposits or passport for the hotel customers.

I will highly recommend Amici Miei Hotel to budget travelers. It's clean, safe. Location is a plus point. And staff is friendly too.

Amazing hotel with amazing service. Definitely gonna recommend to everyone. This hotel is evenly placed in the heart of the city and is walking distance from popular attractions in Phuket! Well maintained and clean rooms. Stayed for 2 nights within a decent budget.

Not a helpful staff. No service. Not supportive at all. No telephone at room. No laundry service.

I didn't get hot water and the bathroom window wont open. It was a terrible two days stay. The room was stinking badly

Decent stay Walkable from Bangla street and Jungceylon.

This hotel is approx 900 meters from jungle on shopping mall. The location is ok but not easy to find among so many commercial boards. They should highlight the sign board of the hotel. Pretty old building. It's ok in case on budget is a concern.

Food service in lobby was good but room service was not good no phone nothing.
Did like pink paint in room and room service at arrival.

Very nice. peaceful, clean awesome.
