Amber Residence

We went this hotel the manager denied for check in told us to wait traveling so far and while reaching there he told us to wait after waiting for 4 hours told us hotel is under renovation he cannot give any room. Search other place we requested so much it’s already too late to search other place but he is not agree. Told us to leave and told us to talk with make my trip he is not responsible of anything he said

Breakfast has only one thing and it is non-veg. So technically no breakfast for vegetarian. Staff is helpful. It is an old place and far from photos

The property didn't give check in for 3hours saying that you have to pay @300 thai baht extra for extra persons but the booking was for 3 adult but they are saying that the booking is for 2 adult n 1 child terrible makemytrip

Italian family owns this restaurant. Their cuisine is awesome. Safety measures very well taken. They don't remember to place the mandatory things like water bottles, etc. On their own. You need to remind them. But staff n owner are really good guys.

Location was near to Patong Beach but view was not visible as it was building close to another building

Pathetic stay, stayed at their pent house but the place had no lifts so had to manually valley my luggage till the 3rd floor, didn't get breakfast at 8 am as had to check out. They stated the cook is still asleep. Bathroom doors latch was not functional.

The owner of the Amber Residence is very helpful. Good experience to stay there. Sea view from gallery. Is very important. Food service is also very good.
Our penthouse was so good. So spacious. Near to Beach.
