Nice rooms. Location is good in Walking Street. Overall nice experience. Would recommend to enjoy night life

Hotel service is decent, But location is a bit noisy even at night as it is close to many pubs which run late in to Morning if you're okay with it you can choose the location

They will not provide water at evening time some weird rule, no food, drinks cost too much and they will come to your room without informing you so keep your belongings locked

It was a great experience, the room was quit good and the location was best, its on the walking street so I won’t have to travel more to explore places.

The experience was great like each time I was there. great stay at low cost and it's in the heart of a walking street so you can get all the amenities out there. service is good and they have a bar too where everything is affordable. i really like the stay

Location is very good and very very nearest to pattaya wallking street No restaurant facility but they offer breakfast in the nearest restaurant. But it is not so good. Good service. But, lady receptionists is horrer. But male is so helpful. 100% worth.

The stay at P.72 is always good. Have stayed here 5 times and will again stay the next time. Ideal for walking street and the Pattaya beach.

First of all they do not let me checkin before 2:00 pm, I reached around 12:30. Wash room facilities are paid if used before checkin, first time I saw this in pattaya. Room is very much compact. Windows in room are small. Curtains were dropped once and I could not lift them up again. My friend stayed in superior room, which was better than deluxe room. Can be avoided if any other better option is available. Staff is good to neutral, certainly not bad. Location is best for walking Street.

No family friendly. No supportive staffs. You won't get all the amenities mentioned in there. My first ever worst experience with this hotel.
