I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment in pattaya. There was no reception or anyone available to assist or coordinate, which made check-in and any other requests extremely difficult. The room was much smaller than what was shown in the photos, which felt misleading. Overall, i would not recommend booking this apartment for your stay in pattaya. It does not meet the expectations set.

Experience was good & would like to stay next time. Good part of apartment is that on security point of view it is good

Worst apartment in the Pattaya, no reception there, they are extra 500 bahts charging for room cleaning, they are lifting calls if we have any problems in rooms, no Wi-Fi working, totally worst apartment ,

They have asked me to give 1000 for service charges and that I am not ready to pay I thing might be they don't want to give me property because of that they come on with this excuses also not behaved weel

Rooms are really good and the service is fine. But the only thing is that they charged 500bahts for cleaning which was never mentioned anywhere. Why should we pay for room cleaning? also we had booked for 4 nights but checked out only after three nights. However i am not expecting any refund of one day, but 500bahts for cleaning is too much.

I am not staying there because he is not giving to me room for stay. Please make my trip take action

i had booking Arcadia beach resort - Pattaya for 3 nights, i had horrible experience at the resort, i was suppose to reach at resort on 28th April -24 morning, but i booked from 27th april just to make sure when we reach we get room, i was travelling with my parents, when we reached there around 9:00 o'clock in the morning, there was no body literally for check in, we sit at the Gate sound 1 hour, so tired and very humid and hot weather, i tried to call so many times on the no provided at the time of booking, i just knocked every door, just to check who is our agent, and who can help with Get in, Moreover, we stayed 3 nights, nobody came to pick up the Garbage, nobody came for cleaning, additionally the lady came for check in cheated us on Money

Overall good suit room is so nice swimming pool is clean & beautiful one problem is no reception counter no anyone ask a clean room budget apartment property near walking street

Poorest service levels. Checkin will take 60 minutes and checkout 120 minutes as caretakers stay far away. Leaking toilets, poorest upkeep and worst toiletries etc etc

I stayed for 15 days condo was so good with all the facilities available, had a perfect kitchen with all the amenities, Pool and gym are super cool. View from room is amazing 👍 Excellent choice for long stay

There is no water supply in the bathroom, and the rooms are good. There are no people to attend the problem.

Location is not good, staff behaviour is very rude, charging 500 thb but there's no housekeeping, never recommended to anyone.

They charge 500 thb to cleaning service. Before check-in have to pay this money without pay this money, they cannot give you a room key
