Location is fine the quality of food was just ok... Very poor facilities totally uncurious staff

This hotel is near Impact Arena, So it is quite convenient for those who are attending events at impact. The room is comfortable and facilities are good for the price. The staff in the reception are friendly and are able to accommodate requests. Though the location might feel a little far to do sightseeing within Bangkok, one can use grab and bolt for cab services.

Excellent stay at the ibis bangkok impact! i was there for dua lip a asia tour concert and the stay at ibis was very conveniently due to the close proximity! the service and food was of great quality!

Excellent location. Food was abysmal. The cafe was empty at peak lunch time, and that should have been a red flag. While the staff were super helpful and recommended thai food, the food was a complete let down. Next morning there was not even standing space at breakfast. If the hotel knows it is hosting what seemed like an entire govt department for breakfast, the other guests should be warned and given separate staggered timing for breakfast. The check. In and check out was smooth and early check in and late check out was delightful. A few hours after check out, realised that i had left an item of clothing in the closet. Despite repeated calls and promises to "get back, no information was received. Photographic evidence was also provided to no avail. Shame that some small incidents can tarnish what was otherwise a great experience.

Breakfast was amazing. Specially hotel staff are amazing, helpfull, and loving person. It was great experience with that guys. Specially cafeteria persons are very nice. They have vegan menu and they cooked food according to u with love

Hotel is located in Impact premises and close to all commercial places. All locations are at distance of walking from hotel.

Rooms are small washrooms are very small. No swimming pool. Food is good.

IBIS is a completely business hotel rooms are comfortable but small.

Very peace and pleasant stay I had, breakfast is the best thing here with Asian, Thai and Western menu. Great place to stay.

Chose the hotel since it was near to the convention center and was convenient. Small rooms and restricted breakfast menu, kept repeated every day. Need to improve english speaking and understanding for the front desk employees
