Great location. Great ambiance, a very traditional Thai house experience (room was a little small but the location was very close to Khao San and the grand palace, so the room size didn't matter much).

Stayed for a night here after staying in another place fr 5 days. Realised the location this is placed wasn’t vey greatest, the roads felt a bit deserted and not a great neighbourhood. The room was beautiful, booked a suite with jacuzzi. But it was a ground floor room and we can hear everything from the upstairs room. The sleep was disturbed much cos when people walked upstairs it was very loud down and we can also hear the conversations from the upstairs. Think the roof was not very thick and there were no carpet. The room and space was really good but was a little underwhelmed by the other experiences. The kao san and other touristy places are walkable from here.
