Hotel location is very good, the breakfast is good too, but the Front Desk person is not professional. Firstly, they have no good for managing the guest when they drive their car to park and how they go out and no need to pay. Because different people on duty in the front desk has different way, the guest easy to confuse when they want to drive the car out. Second is the boy in the front desk didn’t check the right car number and caused our car has been block at the way out from parking yards. And even when this boy knows this is his fault but didn’t apologize for his mistake just said: oh, there are two car has same last four numbers, that’s what happened..., it’s like he denied that is his fault! What kind of training can make this kind of Front desk guy!!!!
