Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not Worth the Price or Rating

Room Quality: The room was less than average in appearance — outdated decor, poor lighting, and minimal attention to detail. There was no proper closet or wardrobe, just a small hanging rack that didn’t feel secure or practical for guests staying more than a day or two. Facilities & Amenities: The kettle in the room didn’t work, and despite informing the staff, it was never replaced. The bathroom door didn’t lock properly, which is a basic expectation for privacy and comfort. Misleading Information: One of the major reasons I booked this hotel was because their website listed a swimming pool as part of the facilities. However, upon arriving, I was told there was no pool accessible for guests — this felt highly misleading and frankly unacceptable.
