Spacious, clean room, service could be better!

The Elite Room type was clean, spacious and modern. Nothing much to complain about. The TV faces only the couch, would be nice if it could rotate to face the bed too. Concierge service has room for improvement. We were hungry and ordered Uber Eats to the Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao. Despite food arriving at the Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao lobby, it took repeated reminders and ~30 mins for them to send the food up to our room. This is not acceptable for a 5-star-Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao.

Very humble courteous staff. As a five star Caesar Park Hotel Banqiaos basic things were missing like toiletries. You need to ask them. Air conditioning was just ok. Very neat and clean. Not much of choices in food for vegetarians.
