Hotel stay not worth the money paid

coupleI stayed with my wife at San Want Residences for 4 nights. We checked in very late, in early hours. Check in was swift. The staff on the first day was attentive and eager to help. But, the staff on reception desk on the other shift and on other days was not so earnest in their support. I was provided with front park view room, the room was very clean and neat, spacious but there was some bad odour in the passage from the entry door. The breakfast was pathetic. Though the staff knew we are preferred vegetarians, there was no attempt made to provide some veg menu. The hotel location was not very convenient from using MRT, the closest was 10 minutes walk. Overall, the stay was below average and not worth the money I paid for.
