Great and beautiful property. Excellent service. We are vegetarian and could get good veg food. Staff is smiling always. Excellent beach specially for those who surf. Only issue is that they show all prices in usd and use a very high conversion of 320 lkr to 1 usd for conversion when the going rate is around 300 lkr to 1usd so effectively price is higher by 7% than quoted. Excellent for family vacation

We loved staying here! we got a free upgrade to a higher floor, but i bet the views from lower floors are just as stunning. There is something about being able to see and hear the ocean from the broad glass window or balcony that is incomparable. Sri lankan breakfast was excellent and we loved hanging out at the pool.

Beautiful property with well maintained rooms, all amenities like kids area, two swimming pools etc. The service was exceptionally good at the restaurant thanks to gay-an (our server) who was quick and prompt. Iresh at the front desk ensured that all our needs were catered to. Will surely be back.

Our stay at weligama in marriott Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa was a memorable one. We thoroughly enjoyed our mornings and evenings at the sea beach just in front of the Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa and swimming pools. We have never had such a whale of time by the sea side.

Excellent location on a beautiful beach with much options of water sports. Sumptuous spread of both breakfast and dinner to please everyone’s taste buds. Very personalised service, felt like in home away from home. Would definitely come back on subsequent visits. Highly recommended

The property is located in an excellent area and the Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa staff go that extra mile to make u feel v v comfortable. The food has great indian cuisine variety. The private beach access makes its all the more worthwhile.

Staying at welligama marriot was a good experience. Hotel is right on the beach and offers a lot of indoor and outdoor activities to make the stay a menorable one. A fun happening place.
