We booked the rooms for a lagoon view room and nowhere was it mentioned that it is on the other building opposite to the main property. The building didn’t even have a lift which is why I had to upgrade the rooms as I was travelling with my parents who cannot climb the stairs and are senior citizens. Next comes the food- it was average at the best. We stayed for 3 nights and the potatoes were not even cooked. Some of the food was also stale the fruits in the deserts had fungus! Last but not the least- the spa was beyond horrible they charged us and it was such a waste of money. The masseuse did not apply pressure and it was almost like someone applying oil on the body!

Nice property by the beach..... rooms are basic... clean bed and bath linen.... veg options in food were limited...

Very bad staff. Not happy with food, room service, and no water in the bathroom sometimes. Cleanliness is not as per standards. The shower mixer is not working properly.

Property location is very beautiful. Staff is also very helpful and food was also good. But the best part is location

I stayed here for 1 night during my trip to Mirissa. The resort is located right on the beach ⛱️. Room was big but walls looked shabby. I enjoyed viewing the beautiful blue sea 🌊 from the balcony of my room. Food was average.

We were downgraded from our booked room category for the first day and got our booked room only the next day at 3 pm. The manager did try to cover up by offering us complimentary full board meals. We accepted that but, it was a very bad experience for us. Definitely not going to book this resort in the future.
