Villa White Queen Resort & Spa

Location of Property : Pathetic Accommodation (Room/Washroom) : Decent In house Dining, Kitchen, Food : Non existent Service : There is no service, period Villa is in the middle of a 3rd rate residential Colony, far away from Galle Fort, with not even one even remotely decent eating joint anywhere near it. There was no in house eating facility and I could not even get a sandwich after reaching the villa, despite being very hungry. Had to walk out in the heat and settle for a lousy, very low quality biryani at a shady roadside shop at some 300 meters from the villa.

It is a magnificent place with family room(30 mins from fort) but amazingly clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was classiest I have had. Fruit platter was just too good. Sweet Curd too. One of the nights we stayed - it rained heavily and couldn’t find food in the place. There is no window view as .. just a shared balcony. Staff was excellent and helpful. The meal quantity was high and I requested one of my family skips breakfast and to spare for our chauffeur guide but it was refused. It would have been a delight if accepted but overall amazing place for family.

Great property. About 2 kms from fort area in Galle 7-10 min ride via tuk tuk. Calm and serene and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They even fulfilled our requests at midnight. The pool area is really great with nature around and enough sunlight to relax and untwine. Rooms come with tv with netflix. Breakfast is limited options but fresh prepared and really tasty. Served directly outside your room. Overall highly recommend. They have a new welness centre which looked good with pricing on the worth it side. Overall great experience.

Beautiful property, pool, breakfast and the big room size . Helpful stuff , Silent,serene and peaceful.

Room was good with all facilities but food apart from breakfast was difficult to get.. would have like some in house food from the property but had to get food from uber eats.. not very travel friendly when you go on a international vacation
