Breathtaking view. Great stay

O view.. what a view... Waking up to a breathtaking sunrise from the bed, and be ablw to listen to the waves without having to leave the confort of the room, just amazing. this beach is connected to Mirissa beach and you can take a long walk by the sea. The staff was very helpful, attentive and conscious of helping out a solo traveller in every posssible way. Special mention to Niranjana for going out of the way to arrange whale watching tour etc promptly. I even got a christmas gift from the hotel😍 This is hands down a great choice for your mirissa holiday.

Room with moulds and spider sized mosquitoes

Worst stay in sri lanka. Firstly they denied my booking, then they gave me room for two nights in a dingy smelly room with moulds and spider webs. They did not have mosquito net in the room and upon requesting as well they denied. Whereas i saw other rooms did have nets. I was travelling with aged parents and no other closer hotels had rooms otherwise would have left this crappy hotel. Do not take this hotel. Many other options on the beach which are clean, sanitized and owners have good hospitality
