Horrible experience

The staff was really rude. While checking in they took almost an hour to first find our booking then to find our room. The rooms we booked were sea face rooms and they were adamant on not providing us those rooms. We had to fight to get what we paid for, horrible experience. However, the hotel staff was great and very welcoming.
