It was a nice property. nice location. food is good. The breakfast spread was okay. The room size was enough for family of 4. hot water was not available due to some issue. 30 mins drive from sigiria rock.

This place is far out side Dambula. The google map takes you through a wrong road which abruptly ends and nowhere to go. Upon calling the hotel they explained the route to us. The rooms are very mediocre. Food is just OK. Nothing great about the place.
