Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel, seems very old from outside but its only a first impression. Nice, huge and clean rooms with amazing view for ocean. Good quality on breakfast. But. Its five star hotel so I can assume that they will have a simple iron its touristic hotel. They don't have. Very hard to speak on english with personnel on reception. Our room don't be ready around 16:00. We must waiting for that, and a lady from reception probably forgot about us. Wi-Fi in our room practically doesn't exist.

There is a travel desk at hotel reception which guides for the trips around Tenerife and arranges for the booking - was very helpful. One of the best places to stay in Puerto de la Cruz.
