“Great Hotel with lovely rooms....

Just under a 10 minute walk from where the Airport shuttle bus drops you at Plaza de Armas we found the hotel. From the moment we arrived all the staff were so friendly, very welcoming and gave us some great tips on things to do, places to eat and advance tickets to avoid queueing etc. Our room (109) was very clean, spacious and had nice little extras like a nespresso coffee machine, complimentary items in a mini bar, daily bottled water plus other bits. The bar area was great for a coffee or a beer at anytime and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel for a long time. There was such a good and varied choice of just about everything and it really sets you up for the day walking around siteseeing. The hotel was within easy walking distance to all the main tourist sites, shops, bars and restaurants/tapas bars etc. Even when we came to check out one of the girls on reception gave us a couple of bottles of water, a very nice touch we though. When in Seville again we will definitely stay at the Gravina and can also highly recommend to others looking for a great hotel.

A gem of a hotel

Stayed a week. Excellent location in great proximity to the tourist spots but away from the crowds. Newly renovated. Lovely staff who are very helpful. Great breakfast- ask for eggs - they are local and delicious. Transfer to the airport took the stress away and was reasonably priced. Was met with a fruit tray in my room (complimentary) that really helped the jet lag. Thank you for that, Hotel Gravina 51! Stay here- you will be happy and comfortable while you enjoy the lovely city that is Sevilla. Tip: Be sure to remember to turn on your air when you return to your room- it will turn off automatically when you take your key out. Ask for instructions if needed.

First class hotel

Stayed in a Double Superior Room with terrace which we can absolutely not fault in any way whatsoever. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL The room was tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The terrace was very large and private and was a lovely place to sit and relax after a hard day shopping and sightseeing. There was a complimentary mini bar and fresh fruit was left in the room daily. The choice at breakfast was plentiful and of a high standard. Location was very central with many bars in the surrounding area. Seville is a fantastic and friendly city and if you go you MUST stay at the Gravina 51

Lovely new hotel

This is a lovely new hotel in a great location 5 minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas where the bus from the airport drops you off which was my main reason for choosing it as I arrived around midnight, but I was pleased to learn (once I got my bearings) that it's also only a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral, Alcazar and historic centre, so it's a great base for anyone. The hotel was very easy to find and check in was smooth. My disappointment was that the 'double for sole occupancy' room I booked only had a single bed which is one of my main gripes about travelling alone; at E125 a night it's not cheap and I don't think a double bed is too much to ask. The decor was lovely, although the TV was in a very strange place, not visible from the bed and high up on the wall above the desk, but there were no english channels so I wouldn't have watched it anyway. The bathroom was stunning and there was a robe and slippers which was a nice touch. Also a bottle of water was provided but this was not replenished after the first night. This is a lovely hotel and so close to being perfect, I would definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again if I returned to Seville.
