We had a good stay at this property, nice heritage place with lovely decor. Front desk staff deserve a great applause for their friendliness, being so helpful and cheery attitude, especially Laura who is a great asset. Welcome drink was a great plus!!! Good breakfast too! Housekeeping can improve a lot. Room no.1, hard water stains on bathroom floor needs to be cleaned, gives a bad impression on the overall cleanliness. Packed breakfast (picnic) was good, but they could have heated up the croissants, ice cold packed! 😔 Housekeeping
