This property is all about its unbeatable location, just off Gran Via, making it super convenient for exploring central Madrid. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, and comfortable room options, including those with multiple beds. It was a great experience during my 2 night stay. It is very neat to all the big market and tourist attractions. It was a worthwhile stay. It is situated in a very good location and managed in nice way.

Location is nice. And guy at reception is helpful. But do not confuse with Sterling Hotel chain in India Negative points are - very weak WiFi, no drinking water except paid, and no lock in bathroom. Very small room.
