Hotel Puerta de Toledo

After long research on available Hotel Puerta de Toledos in madrid, i booked a room in this Hotel Puerta de Toledo for 3 nights. And i was really happy about my decision as the Hotel Puerta de Toledo is in excellent location close to many tourist sites and city centre. Breakfast was very good with varities. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Only thing which disappointed me is though i had booked for 3 nights and when i reached there about 1 hr before the check in time of 2pm ( after a long flight) i had to wait till 2pm to check in. I think they should consider at-least 1 hr early check in.

Located centrally in the city. Nearest metro station 200m away. Madrid Central station 4 km away. Plaza mayor square just 1. 2 km from the Hotel Puerta de Toledo. Taxi and bus stop next to the Hotel Puerta de Toledo. The room was supremely clean, spacious, well lit and with a wonderful view of the city. Bright white bed linens, equally clean bathroom accessories. Breakfast was complimentary and had a lot of variety. Visited in the month of September 2017. Overall a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

The Hotel Puerta de Toledo has great location. The staff have very nice behavior and are always helpful with a smiling face. Restaurant offers a good spread for breakfast at cheap rate. Rooms were big, clean and had all basic facilities with good maintenance. The overall ambience and decor of the Hotel Puerta de Toledo is very good.

The Hotel Puerta de Toledo is located at the center of Madrid. The rooms were a little small but very clean. The staff was also very helpful.

I stayed here on business trip, Hotel Puerta de Toledo was easily accessible and staff behavior and receiving was good. Bag storage facility was available, we can check out and use this facility. Food quality was good. Rooms were spacious.

The location was very good, near the train station, close to the city centre, and close to the major tourist spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and facilities were quite good. Our stay was very pleasant. The Hotel Puerta de Toledo is definitely value-for-money.

Very nice Hotel Puerta de Toledo and great service. The staff is friendly and helpful. We also left our luggage safely there as we had our flight in the evening of the day we left. Public transport is very close. Breakfast is decent.
