Decent hostel close to the airport
The hostel is conveniently located near the airport. There are self-service kiosks for coffee, tea, chips, and chocolates, and even some free food options with basic ingredients like pasta and rice — you can cook your own meals in the open kitchen. The Wi-Fi is good, and the overall ambience is pleasant for a hostel stay.
However, walking through the nearby lanes can feel a bit unsettling as the area is usually deserted. One concern worth mentioning — the lady at the reception during the daytime behaves quite rudely, especially toward non-white guests, which was disappointing. The rest of the staff, though, are polite and helpful.
The biggest issue is the sensor-based lighting, particularly in the bathrooms. The lights turn off every 30 seconds to a minute, leaving you in complete darkness — it’s honestly frustrating. Also, they don’t clean or change the bedsheets daily.
Overall, it’s a decent stay if you value proximity to the airport and a cozy hostel vibe, but there’s definitely room for improvement in hospitality and facilities.
