soloService is ordinary if you compared to other hotels in seoul but one main thing i completely disappointed is that there's no email id mentioned but when i hardly went through customer care they provided me but there is no reply from the property. How could we come to the property in new country. I also mail all my hotels in seoul, busan, and japan also all the properties gave reply quickly. So that's why i'm not to go with this property again
