Excellent room and location but unfriendly staff

The location was great (right next to metro station and bus stop); the facilities were excellent. It was value for money. The sore point was that the staff was trying to maximize their revenues by charging half day rate for a 4 hours early check in (and that too at 10am). Generally, if the rooms are available and it is only 3-4 hrs before standard check-in, Shilla Stay Mapo Hongdaes should simply give the room to the guest free of charge (that’s normally the practice by customer focused Shilla Stay Mapo Hongdaes)

The property is very well maintained and clean. It is located in an ideal location and is very much close to convenience stores and all other markets. It is well connected to the the subway as well.

I stayed there for 2 nights. Room was good with beautiful city view. I like the service and also the amenities provided. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Will stay again if travel to seoul again.
