Lagoon Beach Hotel & Spa

Through online we booked hotel based on review and make my trip app. very good experience

A perfect stay in capetown. Very close to beach and quite place. They have free shuttle service to go to waterfront and come back at fixed intervals. Food is good. Safe to stay. Staff is cordial.

1. Shower was broken. Water spilled all over. 2. Room service was shoddy. Called 3 times to get a menu as the qr code was not at their old aged apartment 3. Dustbin was of such cheap quality that when we tried to open it from the foot, the whole dustbin fell on the floor everytime. 4. Reception categorically told us that they have heated pool but there was no heated pool. 5. During check-in they gave 2 keys. Upon reaching the room the key was not working. Had to walk 500 mt to reception to get it sorted. 6. A family member recommended it as they found it a good property when they visited 3 years back. Maybe now lagoon has lowered their standards since then. 7. We spent 18000 inr for 1 night but got value for not even 6000 inr

Great view, 200% value for money. And the staff is just amazing. The public relationship officer Aaron is great. He goes out of the way and help you. The lady on the travel desk, sorry forgot her name but she is also superb in helping out and planning your thing. The guy Tashreeq at the reception brilliant. All in all a great experience.
