familyIt was a comfortable stay in the heart of cape town. The hotel itself is average. Food is basic. But all in all it was a clean and fuss free stay.

familyWe had booked 8 rooms & 16 pax, we got only 6 rooms. They didn’t give room @ 11 am saying too early, 2 pm saying rooms aren’t ready! @ 7 pm they took 1 hour to give 6 rooms & 2 room @ 10. 37 pm. After requesting front desk they didn’t listen & they didn’t take any actions. My family with children were waiting at reception for soo long. It was the horrible experience.
