Crowne Plaza BRATISLAVA

I booked this hotel as they showed that this hotel has spa facilities when I arrived I was informed that they closed the spa in 4 years back..I am feeling really cheated..as I used the filter for spa to select only those hotels that have spa..how can you show an amenity that you do not have and take bookings

Almost everything was closed in the hotel extra facilities were not available as the hotel is under repair and it wasn’t mentioned before hand for the price paid it wasn’t a satisfactory stay. On the new year’s eve night at 3 am there was a false evacuation alarm in the hotel this wasn’t expected from a 5 star property and afterwards there was no apology from the administration. Location was good it’s right in the centre but if you are coming for that comfort i don’t think this is the right place

Air conditioning not working, extremely warm in the room. We had requested the hotel for assistance but they could not resolve the issue

We had an excellent overall stay. Checked in late night, but the staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was fabulous with even more fabulous views. The breakfast spread is definitely one of the best in the entire europe. The staff at the breakfast went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing & comfortable experience. Location of the property is exemplary. A must stay for everyone when in bratislava, slovakia.

The hotel staff was very courteous and the hotel was great! The only improvement I would want is more vegetarian breakfast options.
