It is a lovely property with friendly staff tucked away in a very peaceful locality. Yet, it is not far away from the city centre, which is merely a 10 minutes walk from the place. Even if you are not in a mood to walk, the tram station is only some hundred yards away from where you could get Route number 208. They serve nice breakfast and have a bar that is open 24 into 7.
