Overall, experience was fine and seemless. Room was a bit smelly of mould and staleness and could hear voices from other rooms. However, the bed was comfortable, we slept well. No one helps to carry luggage to the room or back to reception, that was challenging traveling with a kid. Staff helped to book taxi. Found it a bit overpriced for services offered. Location and Hotel stay is nice. The food available got breakfast is average. Hospitality is good. Just need to be mindful, the size of the room is small.

AC not working properly not even clean room staff was not cooperative not suggest anybody to come to this hotel

Stay at value hotel was really comfortable,however the room is slightly cramped up coz of the space availability, location wise it is located near the Thompson medical centre and is accessibility to the CBD area and other locations due to it’s proximity. Lot of food courts and coffee shops ideal for all singaporean

Hotel Value- Thomson is a great hotel and i had comfortable experience. The location is not that far from main tourist attractions. For Indian specially, there is a indian hawker near by with good food and its 5-7mins drive to little india. Overall, i had a good experience

Unfortunately, I found several aspects of my stay unsatisfactory. Firstly, the lack of water bottles was disappointing, as we had to fill them from a tap in the bathroom. It is concerning that even though you aim to reduce plastic use, providing water in glass bottles could be a simple solution that benefits both guests and the environment. Moreover, the cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with noticeable dust present. Additionally, I missed having breakfast included in my stay, as well as essentials like a shaving kit. The rooms and bathrooms felt quite cramped, which impacted the overall comfort of my visit. I also found the reception staff's responses to requests lacked a welcoming attitude, which added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, my experience was not as enjoyable as I had hoped, and I cannot recommend your hotel to others looking for a peaceful stay. I believe improvements in these areas could greatly enhance guest satisfaction

First of all they will not provide water in a water bottle. There is an additional water tap in the bathroom where we need to fill the water with our bottle. No fridge in the room, shaving kit not provided. Room cleaning is not up to the mark. The response from the reception is not at all good. Not a good experience with this hotel.

Near to Novena MRT station great value for your money with free breakfast at the nearest restaurant.Awesome view of town from hotel room.Can access gym & swimming pool as well.

The rooms are extremely small and the washrooms are also very small. Location was fair but food and beverage options are hardly there

Not so great room given. It was mentioned superior plus, however it was so narrow that it cant be called superior plus from any angle
