The staff was very rude to begin with. they took extra charges for coke n drinks which were already kept in the fridge without informing beforehand.. the room was really tiny. kept in hitting here n there.. did not help with the local transportation. wanted us to hire expensive taxis all the time.. although very nice buses r available there but kept us unaware of it. very unprofessional people. they literally shut down the hot water system in our room without telling us n it was realy cold in the last days of October.(24-28oct 2022) some receptionists were very rude n one literally commented bad things too..the location the food nothing is good there. better not to waste money in this hotel there r very nice reasonable hotels available in the city with good facilities..just share my experience I don't want anyone to go through the same experience.. even the room cleaning lady was old scary n very rude👎👎👎
