Stay at Ramada in Dammam

Though the room size is specious, bathrooms were too tiny and made it discomfort while using it. Breakfast quality was terrible and very limited options in breakfast. Very low occupancy rate showed that it was not a preferred stay option. We opted for this hotel considering it is from Ramada, but hotel name is different and no where it matches the standards of Ramada

No inernet in the rooms

I stayed here this month and last month, but i didn't get a proper internet connection either time. I have complained multiple times, but their technicians have been unable to solve the problem. I have heard that this is a common issue in this hotel. The reception staff is good and they have reported the issue to management multiple times, but management has not resolved this basic problem. This will be my last stay in this hotel.
