We stayed for 3 days and it was just average. I have stayed in IBIS hotels earlier as well and all my previous experiences were quite good. Hence I chose IBIS, Paveletskaya, Moscow. But this time I am a bit disappointed. The staff was friendly but not very supportive and kind. Facilities in room were quite limited and the worst was absence of electric kettle. Not a very good location. Overall rating- 3/5
