The Parliament Hotel is located near the Parliament Palace and a 20 minutes walk from the old town (this is the only drawback of this Parliament Hotel). The rooms are big and clean. I stayed in a room without view on the Parliament Palace but thanks that it was very quiet. Breakfast is not robust, but I still found it really nice - eggs, sausages, fruits, oat, cereal and good coffee. I recommend the Parliament Hotel.
