The location was very calm and a little far from the main attractions, but connectivity is good via bus (route no. 371) and then the metro (about a 15-minute walk to Praça de Espanha on the blue line). There are various food outlets on the same street, along with grocery stores and Auchan, a large department store. You may hear airplane noise outside the building, but not inside the rooms, which is great. It’s a good idea to contact them a day before your arrival, because the booking number from MakeMyTrip doesn’t work in their system — they use their own booking reference. However, you can always use the phone attached to the kiosk, which directly connects you to customer care. The express self check-in was a good experience, and the clear instructions inside the apartment helped us a lot. The place is spacious and suitable for three people — we were only two. The only issue I faced was some difficulty reaching customer support at night when there was a problem. There was a false fire alarm in the middle of the night, and although everyone had to leave the building, there was very little assistance provided. Luckily, we managed because several occupants had the personal contact numbers of the staff.
