At the reception they upgraded me to better room we with a wonderful view of the city. Spacious, neat and clean. Must mention about the staff at their continental club .. Victoria and Eric .. And Karen and her staff at Vu restaurant .. They stood out in their warmth and helping spirit .. Jose and Mark ,, as concierge were kind and thoughtful .. Truly had an amazing experience during this stay ...

Good Hotel and location is perfect for Business travelers. Variety of food and drinks is also good. Need to include more international cuisine in Menu. Cleaning of bathrooms and rooms needs to be upgraded. I will recommend this Marco Polo Ortigas Manila to my friends and family.

Hotel is at good location. Clean and nice room. Staff is very helpful and always smiling. Must have some more varieties in food menu spatially vegetarian. Breakfast is very good with lots of varieties, still need some more veggie options.
